UNITED-911 wall putty is a polymer-based, water-resistant, fine wall putty for concrete/mortar walls and ceilings. It has superior adhesive strength and durability. It does not require water curing. Working Properties at 70° F (21° C )

Surface Preparation:
All surfaces should be between 40°F (4°C) and 90°F (32°C) in temperature. It should be free from all dirt, oil, grease, and loose sand particles. Fit is old painted wall/lime-washed wall, then scratch the old surface. Dry and absorbent surfaces should be moistened/pre-wetted with clean water.

Mixing:
Use approximately 4.5 to 6 L of fresh water for 20 kg
UNITED Grey coarsa putty. La. Water to Powder rotio is approx 25:100. Mix thoroughly fill uniform (free from bubbles and lumps) poste occurs. Allow paste to slake for 5-70 minutes. Adjust consistency if necessary. Remix and apply with iron trowel/blades.

Apply one coat of the above paste onto the substrate with the trowel. The thickness allowed in one-coat application is 3-5 mm. Ensure that the second coat application is done when the first coat is totally dry. The second coat can be done with either UNITED Fine Putty or Coarse Putty. Always prepare the required quantity of putty paste and use it within 2-3 hours.

Shelf Life
Factory sealed containers of this product are guaranteed to be of first quality for 9 months* If stored off the ground in a dry area
✅ *High humidity will reduce the shelf life of bagged product.

Limitations

• Do not directly apply on the fungus- and moss-affected areas.
• Do not apply directly on the dust, loosely bonded particles, oil, grease, etc., affected surfaces.

Note: Surfaces must be cement, sand, smooth plaster, structurally sound, and stable.

Cautions

• Though it contains nontoxic material, still care should be taken to avoid dust inhalation while mixing and handling. In case of contact with eyes or mouth, flush thoroughly with plenty of water.
• Do not take it internally. Avoid breathing dust.
• Keep out of reach of children
